Civil work is one of the services offered by Lea Keong in Singapore. It is part of every building and construction infrastructure. Foundation is required in each part of engineering works

Depending upon the project scale the civil works can range for a small project to take 3-5 days while bigger projects could go on till as much as 18 months long. Therefore it is entirely dependent upon the project we are dealing with.

Foundation civil work process is very straight forward. We markout perimeter and conduct a soil test to check on ground loading in order to make sure the ground can sustain the project work. b.Excavate the area to design depth and install reinforced steel bar based on calculated design. d.Install formwork and ready for concrete casting.

It usually takes the manpower of about 12-20 people depending upon the project.

Soil test or foundation load test is required to be done before any civil work. This is to ensure civil design and calculation is based on current ground situation.
